Now, I don’t have any problem with him, this isn’t an expose post. The real problem lies with the people who are doing engineering forcefully and genuinely believe that commenting "link" on someone’s post will get them a job. I can bet most of them never even open the roadmap, let alone follow it.
Pick any of his videos, the comment section is full of bots (or more accurately, human bots). And I still respect him, because I’ve always said this to people fooling engineers is the easiest hustle, so why wouldn’t you do it if it earns you good money? Most tech influencers do the same thing.
My question is that how does someone who tells you how to get a job have more followers and reach than someone who actually teaches you what to do in a job?By the way, I kind of followed his journey on linkedin, he actually grinded his ass off and got an offer from paypal. But he’ll never tell his followers to work hard and stay consistent, because he knows he’ll lose his followers if he does, lmao.
