The Z Ergo DH Mechanical Keyboard is a bespoke, split-design mechanical keyboard tailored for ergonomic typing and efficiency. Built from scratch to combat repetitive strain injuries (RSI), it incorporates a Colemak-DH layout for optimized typing efficiency, low-profile switches for comfort, and a trackball for seamless cursor control, reducing reliance on external mice. The keyboard supports both USB-C and Bluetooth connectivity, ensuring versatility across devices. It features 34 'hentai keys' with a playful, anime-inspired aesthetic (Kaiju No. 8, Otsutsuki, Gojo themes) and vibrant RGB lighting for customization. An OLED display provides real-time feedback, while a PS2 battery powers the wireless functionality. Currently in the layout design phase using Ergogen, this project prioritizes ergonomic precision, aesthetic uniqueness, and functional innovation.
